Click the tab at the top of the page for monthly or annual pricing. All prices are shown per user (regardless of user type/status in Splunk). Annual subscriptions enjoy a significant discount. To understand your total cost take the per user price and multiply that by the number of users you want to use Atlas in your environment. Enterprise licensing is also available which includes the Expertise On Demand service and allows for unlimited users. Enterprise subscriptions cannot be purchased online and must be routed through our Sales team. An Atlas user is a named Splunk user who can access Atlas from within your Splunk environment. Users can be reassigned as needed but a user’s ability to use Atlas elements is only possible if they are assigned as an Atlas user. Monthly and annual Atlas subscriptions can be purchased online with a credit card and are billed at the selected interval. Enterprise subscriptions do not have a user based restriction. If you are existing customer and would like to lower your user count, please contact our customer experience team for assistance. This is not currently supported in the online store.

Atlas subscriptions purchased online are sold, managed, and fulfilled through FastSpring who is an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Ongoing account management is done through the FastSpring website for Atlas subscriptions.
